John Dimitropoulos – Connector
Or as most people know me, JD. I have been consulting one-on-one to organizations of varying sizes and levels of maturity for over 25 years.
The key to my success as a Connector is that I have:
• Worked for, and consulted to, large Fortune 100 clients on four continents
• Been an entrepreneur in my own right in multiple start-ups
• Been involved as a founder and CEO with multiple successful exits
• Worked on many Mergers, JVs, Divestments, Acquisitions, and Business Development deals and high intensity projects globally
• A solid track record at getting deals done
• A large network of associates and friends everywhere
• Fun and bring that same joie de vivre to people around me
I have developed a strong set of values and have learned some lessons in my life that I bring with me to every engagement:
• Integrity – Well it truly is everything
• Personal Equity – It’s amazing how much gets accomplished when people are properly incented
• Good Corporate Governance – It makes ALL the difference in the world
• Timing – More than anything, it’s the difference between success and failure
• Luck – Both good and bad can be advantageous
• Leverage – Knowing which side of the lever you are on and knowing what to do about it
• Fun and Accomplishment – Without them, why do we all bother!
